The best part about the Caper is its shape: it has really strong lumbar support. I use it at my computer, and it's comfortable, as long as I get up every half hour for a minute or two.
It's not padded, so I sometimes feel the plastic against my spine. A slim pillow against the back fixes that.
Also, the armrests are a bit too far out for me, and it's a shame that they can't be pulled in. Best to sit in one before you buy.
