This chair is really comfortable (it is cushioned but firm and is ergonomic). It was easy to put together. The fabric feels nice and also seems like it should last. There was a small amount of damage to the telescopic plastic bit that covers the stem of the chair (it had cracked) and this did appear to be the weakest/cheapest part of the chair

I am a glass artist and use the chair every day at my work station. It has good lumbar support and that makes it easier to work 7 days a week. I have noticed that my back doesn't get sore like it used to.

Wayfair was great and let me exchange the first chair we got in gray tweed for the black one (the gray tweed was really cheesy). This chair was easy to assemble, but it has no back support, and you end up having to strain to sit upright. It was worse than the $19.99 chair we were replacing. It's more expensive to send it back than to just get rid of it, plus we can't disassemble it. Also, the material still looks cheap. My husband just told me he'd give me [$] if he could just throw it out rather than worry about how to get some portion of our money back. Save yourself a hassle, spend a little more or look elsewhere.
